House search.
On my way home tonight, I was well aware that I would just cook dinner for one, since my wife was in town for the evening.
With me being lazy, or dumb, or both, I did not eat out, nor did I buy any groceries.
That meant a house search. A serious one.
Forensic level operation kinda.
The findings was/became: Umami fried egg, crispy bacon, mustard, pickled cucumbers and a sorta brown onion sauce.
Sauteed chopped red onion in the bacon grease, added Japanese soy sauce, sour cream, black pepper, Umami, chives.
That's it, basically.
Darn nice dish.
