Better batter.

Had leftover pancake batter from the day before and made some really great crepes!

 

I had no idea that the batter get so much better after some 16 hours in the fridge!

 

Instead of jam, I made a chantrelle stew on sour cream, spring onion, chives, japanese soy sauce and Umami.

 

Simply delicious!
