Red Devils, Panama City, Panama, April 2025. These are the infamous Diablos Rojos which Panama is trying to eliminate. Repurposed North American school buses, and quite iconic. They got their name from being painted red at the front. Albrook bus station echoes with the touts trying to tempt you to board one.
