New Haven Train Station

I love any shots related to mass transit, especially trains. The New Haven Train Station really hits the mark for me; parts of it remind me of the system in DC a bit. I recall that back in the time just after 9/11 the security people around mass transit would confront me and tell me to stop shooting. At the time I was shooting Large Formant. I couldn't imagine a terrorist setting up a 4x5 with a tripod and blanket over me to see the screen and focus. One of them actually said, "I'm sure you understand why". It was all I could do to keep the smartass remark to myself, pack up and move along. I had to tell myself that they're just doing their job as best they can and my country had a lot of people who were really afraid. To this day I still get the occasional person (not security or police, mind you) taking issue with the fact that I'm shooting in an "off the beaten path" area.

I wonder how many of you experience the same.....do you encounter that too? Any replies would be appreciated.
