Cliffs is the first community you visit on your tour of Northlandz. It is also referred to as 2%, because it represents only 2% of the entire railroad.
The town features a large railroad yard, a small town, and several industries. There is also a small container port. The scenery represents the Southwestern USA, with lots of sagebrush and only a few trees, and hopefully you'll take a look at this area at the end of your visit!
