Day 2
Being back in a high school with two little ones was definitely odd. And then seeing Qaia in a high school classroom and being so at ease made me question if this was really my child. I was always a nervous wreck inside walking through school hallways but Qaia made it seem like a runway.
All I can say is I am so grateful of my current confident mindset and it feels like a lifetime ago that I was nervous about the oddest of things. I have no reason to be insecure anymore and being in the high school setting today really helped me realize how far I've come over the years.
(Today we went to see my sister's winterguard performance, the theme was Hocus Pocus. It was freakin awesome! She isn't in high school still, that's just where they performed.)
