Ty paradoxy. Tohle býval asi dva roky můj domovský flek, ale nějak jsem si nikdy nevšimnul, že je to nudapláž. Až po hodně letech, když jsem se na tu fotku díval v plným rozlišení... Absurdní. Stejně jako to, že jsem tu fotku deset let prakticky neviděl. Asi mi nepřipadala zajímavá... Dneska by za to pražský šotoušstvo střílelo.
Je docela teplej podvečer, středa 9. září 2009 a z náspu nad Libockým rybníkem se právě zaburácely dvě rozzuřené liazky pod kapotou 714.226. Odpolední kladívkový spěšňák Sp 1892 před chvílí čekal dlouhé minuty na křižování na Veleslavíně, ale už uhání směr Kladno.
Ta souprava vlastně úžasně ladila. Bafíky z konce šedesátých let, zprzněné strašlivými tramvajovými sedačkami, které táhne pielstick, kterému vzali žíznivý motor a nahradili ho dvěma přichcíplýma a pořádně poruchovýma. Dva produkty tápání 90. let. I s bizarní epizodou, kdy část 714, včetně téhle, stála skoro deset let ve zkrachovalém ČKD. To taky patřilo k té klauso-zemanovské době.
Tady v roce 2009 je to v postatě ještě nová mašina, ale osud těchhle souprav už nabírá sestupnou trajektorii. Na buštěhradce začínají dominovat reginy a katry...

How ironic is that? I used to consider this place as my "homespot", as I stayed in a students dormitory a few minutes of walk away. After I moved away to get a more adult way of living, I came back, took a few pictures and almost forgot about it. And suddenly, after already quite many years I noticed that the pictures had been taken on a nudist beach. It is not an official one, but how I couldn't notice this one? Well, I never watched it on a full res... It never seemed interesting.
It is a warm evening, 9th September 2009 and two buzzing engines of Class 714 suddenly appear over the Liboc pond in northwest Prague. The fast train Sp 1892 has just left Prague Veleslavín station and is heading for Kladno.
The engine and coaches are a perfect match. Coaches from the 1960s after a horrible refurbishment in the 1990s, pulled by a 1970s locomotion with its hungry engine replaced by two overloaded tiny engines connected with a ton of leaking hoses. Dumb and dumber. The result of the no-clue 1990s on the Czech railways. By the way, this particular locomotion sat for almost ten years with the others in the bankrupt ČKD works and in 2009 she was actually quite new. Well, that is how we were moving from communism out here.
