If you have lost interest in fruit, try these tips for making it more exciting again:

1.Chop apple and dip it – Rather than eating a large apple, why not core it and cut it into sections, then dip it in peanut butter. You will be getting a nice sweet and nutty treat and you won’t feel like you have to sit and eat a whole apple!

2.Put it into a smoothie – There are so many great smoothie websites which give you recipes depending on what you like. If you like something creamy, you can add milk or coconut milk to the mix.
