[TWS] Spinner

[TWS] Spinner is a wearable item with Bento animation, just for fun, it spins around in random directions at random speeds, there is a random color changing one, and the other you can click and select the color you want from menu Left and Right hand included, also modify so with some basic edit skills you can mod the 3 different faces and resize as you wish (land impact may vary when resized)
