Hummingbird Hawk Moth (Macroglossum stellatarum) Photograph 9

This photograph shows a Humming-bird Hawk moth hovering and feeding from a Jasmin flower. As a gauge to the moth's size, the flower that it is feeding from is about 24mm across.

 

This is one of a series of photographs that I have of this moth which were taken over a 74 second time period.
