"Frog in the Throat"
All I wanted to do was water some plants in this hot dry spell of weather. I filled the watering can, tipped it up, and ... nothing!!! No matter how much I tipped it up ... nothing!!! I removed the cap of the sprinkler. No blockage ... and then a head poked out of the can spout. It was a frog in the throat (of the watering can that is). Eventually, we came to an agreement ... I tipped some water out and it came down after a little bit of flushing.
