From a situated position, breathe in your knees into your chest. Breathe out, convey the shins parallel to the floor or up to a 45-degree point. Breathe in, achieve your arms forward and pull your chest through your armpits, carrying the paunch into the spine and protracting the low back. Inhale here for 5 breaths, lifting the sternum up.
