Downtown LA Essentially the area surrounding and including the CBD you see here in the distance.3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th & 7th street split the CBD and sprawl outwards in blocks from the high rises.
Skid Row begins as you walk away from the CBD towards where I’m stood taking this shot. Once you hit Main Street you are on skid Row. Get to St Julian and sandwiched between 5th and 7th is where you will find the homeless “community”.
