Samir & Dipalee were invited by EKAL FOUNDATION USA to support the cause of children's education. The concert tour was organized to raise funds to help support single teacher schools program in rural parts of India. What followed were a series of sold-out Samir & Dipalee concerts events in 43 cities across USA and Canada over three months. Through these 43 concerts, EKAL successfully raised funds over Five Million US Dollars to support One Lac single teacher schools in rural parts of India. Since this tour, Samir & Dipalee have been regularly supporting various causes & charities through their music and concerts in India and abroad.
