Requirement 2

This photo was taken in Seattle downtown. I used shutter speed of 1/20. By setting low shutter speed, I was managed to get those light into my film which makes moving things blurry. Since I am using low shutter speed, I had to lower the ISO otherwise it will be overexposed.
