The coffee flavor wheel is a visual aide to describing tasting notes of different roasts and brews. It ranges from the pleasant (citrus, cinnamon, etc.) to the unpleasant (rubber, phenolic, etc.). It's hard to distinguish which is more appealing to the eye - a colorful wheel or a shiny espresso machine.
