Bungalow, Grove Park, Pontnewydd, Cwmbran 19 November 2021

The Wren’s Nest phase of the South Sebastopol Development getting really close to the recently sold bungalow. In this picture you can see the houses creeping down the hill.

 

I wonder if once the sale has gone through, planning applications will go up - “permission to demolish bungalow and outbuildings and erect several dwellings…”?
