Off-roader, Mountain Air, Upper Cwmbran 15 October 2021

Having illegally ridden up the Mountain Road, a public road, on his off-road motorcycle, this rider is now illegally riding over the mountain. He went off on the track round the community woodland, a track ravaged by off-roaders and impassable in places to walkers due to the deep quagmires created.
