A development in the centre of Cardiff which has generated some controversy. It is being built on the site of the former bus station which was swept away in the haste to start this prestigious project. This was about three years ago, planning application for a new bus station was only submitted earlier this year. At the moment, bus stops to various destinations are scattered piecemeal around the city. Central Square (Sgwar Canolog) will house BBC and other corporate offices.
