Why They Tell You To Wear Seat Belts

On impact I first crushed and head-butted my friend Brian that I was sitting next to. I bounced off of him and went flying across the cabin. I was wrapped backwards around the bench-back across from me and then was thrown against the wall in the wheel-chair area behind the back seats, whereupon I hit my head. I remember thinking that I just wanted the bus to stop because I was tired of bouncing off of hard metal objects. Brian had a seat belt on so aside from being beaten up by me he was pretty safe. Even though I was pretty sure I hadn't broken anything I let them take me off on a back board, just in case. Byron also didn't have a seat belt on and he was thrown "through" his arm rest to the floor. His bruises were likely as bad as mine, just his weren't on his back so I got the special treatment.
