Dips are just part of the BBQ. In addition to good meat, salads and baguette, fresh dips should not be left out on the table. Since we do not always want to serve tzatziki or sour cream , it was time to try something new. The result is this onion dip, which gets the typical grill aroma from the roasted aromas of grilled onions.
