Central Nervous System

The Central nervous system serves as the integration and control centre for all body activities, which mainly consists of the brain and spinal cord. The CNS system primarily acts as an information processing unit, where an appropriate motor output is computed as a response to sensory input. It is responsible for all the sensations and controls overall behavioral activities. All nerve impulses which are responsible for muscle contraction and secretion of glands directly comes from the central nervous system.
