Chillin’ in Chillicothe

AccuWeather reports a -5 RealFeel in the small town of Chillicothe, Illinois as IAIS SIPE crawls by the depot, now sporting brand new, much larger lettering. (When I was here last chasing PESI, it did not look like that.) Leading today is the single best engine on the roster - the IAIS 152, an EMD SD38 sporting a beautiful RS3K.
