Well, not quite, but it was definitely one of the coolest things I’ve seen in this hobby
T4’s power detached from the unit train of military vehicles (the manifest was dumped in the siding north of town) while T3’s power coupled up to take it to the UP interchange. Here they’re seen beginning a drag race (yes, they were actually racing) back to the yard where T4 would presumably shack up for the day (or get the manifest. I didn’t stick around for that)
The military vehicles would then become an SJAFC for Fort Carson, Colorado.
