25/365 - man, I'm so strung out..

365 - The 2010 Edition - January 25, 2010

 

So, I found this old tape on the side of the road, and not having anything better to do, I stuck it in the player, and it turned out to be the Violent Femmes... Some people get it - some don't. I guess whoever threw it out didn't get it - but I played it a few times, and it grew on me.. Especially this song, with the catchy opening acoustic guitar opening, and the happy feel of it.. It must have taken at least twenty minutes to write the lyrics, and the message isn't exactly one that leaves your heart longing, if you know what I mean.. So?
