You know, when you're going through a tough time, it's so easy to fall into the trap where you think you're the only one. But the truth is, just about everybody you meet is going through some sort of trouble, trial, or tribulation.

 

You may not be able to tell, because they are busily covering it up. Some people don't like to air their problems out for lots of reasons. Some people think it's a sign of weakness to show any kind of vulnerability. Some are afraid they will be ridiculed, or they don't want anyone to know that they aren't in complete control of their lives. Or they just don't want to bore their friends, or burden them with their problems.

 

But that's what friends are for. They are for sharing burdens, and for leaning on when you're not strong. And for reminding you that the sun will always rise on a new day...
