I drink way too much coffee. There's no doubt about it. So? I've started my day with coffee pretty much all of my adult life. And in fact, it's pretty much how I get through the rest of the day too.
In fact, lately one of my favorite cups of the day, is the one after dinner, to kinda wind down. Luckily, I'm so sleep-deprived, it never keeps me awake.
