"High achievement always takes place in the framework of high expectation" - Charles Kettering. When a newly joined faculty who is just six months old in the institution ventures for something big like a Management Development Programme (MDP), expectations from the director, colleagues and public is really high. I believe that it is that high expectation which helped me to successfully complete the MDP which was appreciated by all the 35 participants alike. I am greatly in debt to Dr. Babu Joseph (Former Vice Chancellor of Cochin University of Science and Technology) who readily agreed to come for the valedictory ceremony amidst his busy schedule. Being a voracious reader and writer, the wisdom he shared was priceless and it was a real motivation for the upcoming learning and development experts. He said " At this juncture, I would like to appreciate Dr. Manu Melwin Joy for the novelty of the topic (Gamification) that he has chosen for the MDP and the meticulous way in which he has carried out the program which is evident from the feedback of the participant.” Mr Anand Unnikrishnan (Chief Business Consultant, Busa solutions) and Dr. Mary Fatima Cross (Professor, SCMS School of Technology and Management) share their feedback on conduct of the program, the expertise of the resource person and the rich takeaways from the session.
