Basilica of Santa Eufemia

SDC-4467

The Basilica of Sant'Eufemia is a very ancient building, even if today it looks more like a neo-Romanesque church. In fact, it was completely overturned in 1870 by the architect Enrico Terzaghi who enlarged the central part by eliminating the lateral naves and creating, due to space constraints, a single hall, bringing the basilica back to its original or presumed appearance.
