Merlin at Gobowen
31/8/91 A4 60027 Merlin (60009) just south of Gobowen with the Welsh Marches Express to Hereford. 60027 came off the train at Shrewsbury to run back to Crewe with its support coach with a diesal to Hereford. The return to Crewe was hauled by the Duchess of Hamilton.
