Britannia at Weston Rhyn.
27/7/91 Weston Rhyn signal box passed by steam for the last time at Weston Rhyn. Dismantled a few days later it was moved to the Llangollen Railway and erected at Carrog. 70000 Britannia after a test run two days earlier failed at Gobowen and went back to Crewe on one cylinder. Repairs were completed only hours before leaving Crewe on the 'Britannia Phoenix' to Hereford. This was the Brits first run since withdrawal in June 1966.
