Schlafende junge Blaumeise / Sleeping young Blue Tit

Erwachsen werden ist ja sooo anstrengend. Diesen kleinen Fratz fand ich so am Rand meiner Terasse. Zuerst dachte ich, er hätte sich verletzt oder sei sogar tot. Ich wollte ihn schon beinahe aufheben als ich bemerkte, dass er atmet. Also blieb ich neben ihm sitzen damit er nicht gefressen wird. Nach etwa einer halben Stunde wurde er wieder munter, hüpfte ein wenig hin und her und flog davon, in Nachbars Apfelbaum. Ich hoffe, dass aus ihm mal eine große Blaumeise wird.

Growing up is sooo hard. I found this little guy sitting on the edge of my terrace. At first I thought he had hurt himself or was even dead. I was almost about to pick him up when I noticed that he was breathing. So I sat next to him for a while so that he wouldn't get eaten. After about half an hour he woke up, hopped back and forth a bit and flew away into the neighbor's apple tree. I hope it grows up to be a big blue tit.
