Mäusebussard / Buzzard
Der Bussard steht bei den Greiffvögeln in Deutschland ziemlich weit ob in der Nahrungskette und er ist relativ häufig anzutreffen. Deswegen sollte man denken, er ist leicht zu fotografieren. Das Gegenteil ist der Fall. Er meidet Menschen extrem. Seine guten Augen und ein ausgeprägtes Gedächtnis helfen ihm dabei. Man kann getrost vergessen zu versuchen sich an einen Bussard anzupirschen. Den rufenden Bussard auf dem Foto konnte ich fotografieren, weil er mehrfach zwischen zwei Waldstücken hin- und hergeflogen ist, wodurch ich mich darauf einstellen und ihn a) einigermaßen bildfüllend ablichten konnte und b) das Licht ihn einmal halbwegs harmonisch ausgeleuchtet hat. Meine Quote für ein zeigbares Foto aus dieser Aufnahmesituation (je nach Fluglage harte Kontraste, langweiliger blanker Himmel, wechselnde Abstände/bewegtes Motiv/Sensorabdeckung, Pose/Flügelstellung/Perspektive und Aktion (rufend)) war etwa 1:70.
Dieses Bild funktioniert nicht in Briefmarkengröße. Um den Mäuseadler besonders detailreich sehen zu können, drückt die Tasten l (kleines L) und F11. Beim vergrößern nur durch Anklicken gehen euch viele Details verloren.
The buzzard is fairly high up the food chain among raptors in Germany and is relatively common. Because of this, you would think it would be easy to photograph. The opposite is the case. It extremely avoids people. Its good eyesight and a good memory help it, you can forget about trying to stalk a buzzard. I was able to take a picture of the calling buzzard in the photo because it flew back and forth between two small forests several times, which enabled me to prepare for it and take a) photo where it reasonably filled the frame and b) the light illuminated it halfway harmoniously. My quota for a showable photo from this foto session (mostly hard contrasts, boring blank sky, changing distances/moving subject/sensor coverage, pose/wing position/perspective of bird and action (calling)) was about 1:70.
