Distelfalter / Painted Lady
Dieser Schmetterling ist offensichtlich schon etwas älter. Die Flügelspitzen sind angerissen, die Farben teilweise schon verblasst und verloren. Ich habe überlegt ob ich die Aufnahme eines so gerupft aussehenden Schmetterlings überhaupt in meinen Fotostream stelle. Aber dann dachte ich mir, er hat zwar harte Zeiten hinter sich (immerhin kommt er aus Nordafrika zu uns nach Deutschland) aber er ist noch da und freut sich während seines Sonnenbads am Leben. Dann ist das Bild auch wert gezeigt zu werden. Hier ist er also, ein typischer Distelfalter auf einer Distel.
Um das Bild besonders detailreich sehen zu können, drückt die Tasten l (kleines L) und F11. Beim vergrößern nur durch Anklicken gehen viele Details verloren.
This butterfly is obviously a bit older. The wing tips are torn, the colours are partially faded and lost. I've been thinking about putting the shot of a butterfly that looks so plucked in my photo stream at all. But then I thought to myself, it may have had a rough time (after all, it comes to Germany from North Africa) but it's still here and enjoying life while it's sunbathing. Therefore the picture is worth showing. So here it is, a typical Painted Lady on a thistle.
