Mandarin Enten Erpel / Mandarin Duck Drake
Mandarin Enten brüten in Baumhöhlen und sind deshalb bevorzugt auf Gewässern in der Nähe von vielen Bäumen zu sehen. Da der Frühling erst begonnen hat, haben die Bäume noch keine Blätter und das Wasser spiegelt das braun der Stämme wieder. Es harmoniert wunderschön mit der Färbung dieses Erpels.

Mandarin Ducks breed in hollow trunks and therefore they prefer water close to woods and forrests. Because spring is just beginning the trees do not have leaves yet and the brown colour of the tree trunks is reflected in the water. It harmonises beautifully with the colour of the drake's plumage.
