Capri to Naples airport. Tight schedule?

I will be in Capri mid August. I'm about to schedule a flight from Naples to Prague at 11:40AM and I'm thinking about using the ferry out of Capri at 05:40AM, which is expected to arrive in Naples port at 06:55AM.http://bit.ly/2tkAZ7D wondering if this is a tight schedule, and how reliable are the timetables for the ferry? via /r/travel bit.ly/2SKH5N2
