My wife suffers from AS - Ankylosing Spondylitis - a quite debilitating illness in many ways. Before the pandemic, we used to regularly attend the Annual Conferences that were held in universities around the country where sufferers and their spouses/partners would gather with medical experts of all varieties for a weekend of talks, discussions and information sessions about the illness.
