Unexpected street-goer! Castlegate, Newark

This piper was an unexpected pleasure to come across last Saturday, outside the registry Office for marriages in Castlegate, Newark! He was walking up and down the street, piping and ready to lead a happy couple away from the signing ceremony!

 

Don’t know what clan that Tartan is though. Any ideas?
