It was built in 1902 by Salter Bros of Oxford, originally as a passenger steam cruiser for the River Thames. It was converted to diesel in 1947 and is 85ft long with an iron hull.
It is moored underneath the ramparts of Newark Castle on Cuckstool Wharf and has been here since 1982.
