Imperial Walker, AT-ST

Possibly my proudest creation, I am very pleased to debut my AT-ST! I decided to make a totally new walker, from the legs up. The base and head are both completely workshopped by me, on my desk. No "based on other's design" this was all me. I am quite pleased to have come to a point as a builder that I can design a notoriously geometrically challenging build, from inside-out. This creation has a ball joint connection for a neck, so it's very mobile. The rubber functions as a stop, but there's loads of friction on the ball joint. The whole model uses techniques I've never dabbled in before, and it all came together in unorthodox yet wonderful ways. I'm over the moon with my walker here, I don't mean to flout hubris but I think I have a winner here. I am very proud.
