How could be an alien-society which existed couple billions of years before us?

They could have high technology and well established society ( with correct rules and laws ). Overall, their society could be similer to our society, but more developed. All the members of alien-societies in our universe, if they exist, could have around same feelings and emotions.

 

Feelings and emotions are building-blocks like the atoms of matters in our universe. Some feelings and emotions could be very dominant in a society while some other feelings and emotions could be dominant in other society, and total numbers of feelings and emotions could also be different in each society. One society could look a little hostile while other ones could be more friendly. Dominant feelings and emotions for each member of a society could be different. Some aliens form a little hostile-society could be very hostile.

 

Atoms, feelings and emotions create the members of our society. Without atoms, feelings and emotions, there will be no society in our universe.
