Healthy meal for breakfast

One bowel of microwaved blue-berries and unsweetened apple sauce with ground almonds and unsweetened coconut, one slice of prairie-bran bread spreaded with a mixture of cocoa powder, cinnamon, pure sesame paste (tahina) and honey, and a cup of tea prepared from organic rosemary leaves.This breakfast is not for every morning.The protein content in sesame paste is high, better two or three mornings per a week.
