"Monsoon"

NJT 4103 leased to the Morristown and Erie slows down through Morristown NJ in a monsoon of rain. 4103 had a few tanks and ME 2354 dead in tow for repair. 2354 has been leased out for a while now so it was cool to see it back on home rails. The new normal on the M&E now is a leased NJT GP40 as their lead SW1500 cannot support PTC.
