CCBO grantee, Plastic Credit Exchange (PCEx), is empowering women in Metro Manila through their Aling Tindera pilot. This initiative enables sari sari store owners to expand their service offerings and economic opportunities as “waste-to-cash” providers and partners in the recycling supply chain, as well as empowers them to be leaders of a community movement for increased sustainability.
