The Fiery Sky over Punda Maria
I was so excited as this particular night was the only night that month in our recent Kruger Park 6 week camping break that had no moon for the whole night . This meant that in addition to no light pollution from having no Human habitation for miles around , the sky was also Dark!! The Sky was on fire as a result. I cant wait for going on some amazing camping in the remoter parts of the Karoo and Namaqualand staying off grid on farms over Christmas and next year to make use of more dark skies like we experienced in Northern Kruger Park Recently
