A wanderer and his robodoge (read desc)
Well! That took long enough!
Hey everyone! (AKA you few who are viewing this picture. Which, I guess can be referred to as "everyone") I finally got around to taking a photograph of something LEGO related. Provided, the photo isn't all that great, but I don't have access to photoshop at the moment. Plus, I'm still trying to find the right angle and jazz when it comes to photographing figs in the first place.
Anyways, this is how I envision a couple characters from a story of mine (maybe that'll become something, too. Who knows!) On the left is a yet-to-be-named, sentient drone who wanders the sandy dunes on the forsaken planet of Harenae Mundum (yes, that translates literally to "sand world", but it is a work in progress). On said planet, settlements are few and far between, weeks of travel apart by foot, but still long and exhausting by vehicle. There is one central city on Harenae Mundum - named aptly "the dusty city". It is rather large, but not terribly advanced (provided, this is in a star-wars age setting, so "not terribly advanced" means they don't have glass skyscrapers, but finding a gauss rifle and hard-light projectors isn't very hard. NOT ACTUALLY SET IN THE STAR WARS UNIVERSE, I PROMISE!) If you need a comparison, it's very similar to Jakku, or any other sand planet from Star Wars for that matter. Primarily inhabited by tradesmen, black market dealers, and scavengers. (PS the drone is supposed to be miss colored intentionally - meant to show rust)
Hope this is appealing! Constructive criticism appreciated!
