Customer Loyalty and Trust

Customer Loyalty is a planning that yields better customer value. It is wrong to take customer loyalty for granted because one customer lost is equivalent to 5 new customers acquired. This session will educate its participants about the science of customer loyalty. When a customer is loyal to one company, they aren't easily swayed by price or availability. They would rather pay more and ensure the same quality service and product they know and love.
