This image was taken for a theme related to ME/CFS and Fibromyalgia International Awareness Day (May 12th).
M.E. Awareness Week was established by patient advocates and is focused on May 12th, the birthday of Florence Nightingale, who was believed to have suffered with M.E.
From 1857 Nightingale found herself often disabled by poor health, which some suggest may well have been Chronic Fatigue Syndrome(CFS).
As a result, Nightingale now has been adopted as a kind of patron saint for this under-studied disease.
Even if the theme is about a serious illness, I tried to manage to get a smile out of you by using these pebbles. A big hug to all of you!
