Katrina's tuturial art

I got the tutorial from good-tutorials.com in photoshop-to web layouts. it's by talk mania.. the toturial is called urban layout with vector style. I took a skyline regular picture and photocopied in. It became like a drawing, and i downloaded some brushes too. :) it turned out nice.
