I first encountered this shop in the Birmingham Jewellery Quarter about 4 or 5 months ago now, when they repaired my Ships clock which finally died on me after countless numbers of year loyal service...though we had problems with it in the beginning they had to replaced a very expensive piece (in the end for nothing.) as l had to keep returning it to them as it kept running slow, but in the end they got there, and we are now on quite friendly terms...though you can hear the fear in their voices when l ring them. LOL.
